So much LOVE~

If God had come to me 23 years ago and said;
Hey Sariah I have an amazing adventure for you if your ready.
You will fall madly in love with a stranger, you will marry and make 4 beautiful babies, you will struggle like you have never struggled before, money will be tight but love will get you through. You will have many, many heart breaks, you will suffer from depression, betrayal, lonlieness, self esteem, you will be shamed and ridiculed, your heart will be broken. 
On the lighter side you will travel the world, You will have many friends and loved ones, you will have plenty of money and all the comforts you could ever desire, you will laugh, you will have more fun than you can imagine, you will cry and love and hate and feel like the world is amazing and terrible. You will grow and age and your children will love you and leave your care, you will find peace in nature and with animals. You will eventually love yourself and you will realize all of this is tailored to you asking. It is your desire to grow and expand as a human that has caused this specific journey. You will share and support and care for others. You will cheer on, and fight and be welcomed and hated. You will feel joy but your insecurities will test you daily. When you move into your 43rd year of life all of this will start to make sense and things will shift into place but you will have to go through heart ache and letting go in order to have a tremendous love and appreciation for all of it. Are you ready to ride the ride?

My sweet young innocent 20yearold self would say YES and
She did.

My 43 yr old self would say Hell Yes bring it on!


Hind site is amazing, Life is amazing. I have nothing but gratitude for this tremendous journey called Life. And would do it all again, No regrets.

  Traveling with mama, My intention was to take my mother on a trip. I wanted to spend some time with her and I k now she loves to travel. She’s 77 years old and in pretty good health. I thought the best way to spend days on the road would be in comfort and style. I purchased and RV knowing that she would be comfortable riding along in a cushy vehicle. The RV could also convert to a lounge area, where she could lay back put her feet up and enjoy the many hours driving.   Most recently my mother suffered from a fall that injured her hip and left her with a concussion. Even though she is in good spirits she has difficulty with balance and walking long distance is a challenge.   I arrived late May anticipating our travels would have us on the road by the first of June. I was waiting for my license plates to arrive from the dealer in Orlando Florida. Little did I know that the plates would not be showing up any time soon. My temporary tags were already expired....

The Answer to the Universe

I woke up this morning and realized something spectacular.  The love I’m waiting for is me.  I remember hearing this years ago and at that point it had an impact however, as all things come and go, I completely forgot.  I’ve been wandering around this planet looking for my love, looking for my passion, looking for my purpose, and going to bed at night feeling empty, dissatisfied, sad.  Something shifted and this morning feels different.  I feel excited!  I feel alive!  I feel like singing to the world what a beautiful amazing day it is.  I remembered.  How completely simple and profound. I wish this feeling on everyone. To love~  The next part of this equation is the most important.  The Love I wish to experience can only come from the love I give.  The love I express wholeheartedly unconditionally is mine to keep.  The expression of Being Love, allows me to completely dive into my purpose my pas...

Superlove Superdome

Superdome Super Love Memory 2008 I was invited to teach yoga in the superdome. At that point I had been teaching for almost a decade and was honored and excited to be one on the many teachers invited. Eve Ensler the creator of the Vagina Monologues had wanted to turn the Super dome into a super love event in honor of her monologue productions 10 year anniversary. She chose the superdome because of the tragic events that occurred there during the Hurricane Katrina. The intention was to invite all those who survived the horrific catastrophe and bring them in for a new experience of love and nurturing. The wellness suites were filled with massage therapists and yoga teachers, aromatherapy, meditation and beauticians. The superdome was turned into a giant pink vagina. We got to be inside the walls, sharing love with all those who entered. My experience was profound.
