onion

My offering to the 

universe

I ate onions raw

and remained present

what I found is 

the taste of an onion

represents my life to some degree

I avoid it unless it is well cooked

however when I do choose to bite into it

whole heartedly

I receive sensation 

through out

my eyes water

my tongue tickles

my body goes into a 

sort of panic

pleasure

the sweetness is soothing

satisfying

my heart expands knowing the special connection

I am left with a taste in my mouth for hours

reminding me to eat more onions.
